SHIPPING & DELIVERY

JPLash ships eyelash extensions products to all 50 U.S. states and follows the standard methods available by USPS.

Orders placed are usually processed and shipped within 2~4 business days

from the time the order is placed.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We are accepting orders outside of the US. 

Varied on location, shipping and handling charges will be extra and deliver could take longer.

Payment will be in US$, credit cards only

アメリカ以外のオーダーも受け付けております。

その際、配送料はロケーションで変わりますので別途ご連絡します。

到着までにかかる日数などはこちらでは把握しかねます。

お支払いはUSドルになります。（クレジットカード可）

税関に掛かる費用などはお客様のご負担になることをご了承ください。

 RETURNS

We accept returns within 14 days upon arrival with a receipt and the original packaging. 

Unfortunately we can only accept unopened and unused merchandise for sanitary reasons.

Please e-mail info@jplash.com with order number and reason for returning.

**Because Wix does not quite have their return system down, refunds issued will be going through Square and might take a bit longer on our part, please be patient with us as we figure this out, Thank you!

After the 14 day period will be issued only as store credit.

Past 30 days we will not be able to accept the return under any circumstance.

Please be aware that shipping charges for returns will not be by JPLash (unless stated otherwise) and will be on the person.

The return process could take up to a week to show after we receive and verified the returned item.

Refunds will be issued back onto the credit card that was originally used for purchase. 

Store credit will be issued if the refund was unable to go back onto the original credit card.

到着したアイテムを返品希望される場合、

未開封未使用に限り商品到着後14日以内であれば返品可能です。

info@jplash.comまで返品理由とオーダーNoをメールください。

14日以降のリターンについてはストアクレジット扱いになります。

30日を超えた返品はいかなる理由も受け付けられません。

​お客様のご都合による返品の場合は送料はお客様のご負担になることをご了承ください。

返品また交換のプロセスは、商品がリターンされてから約1週間ほど要します。

返金はご購入時に使用されたカードに返金いたします。

カードへの返金ができなかった場合はストアクレジット扱いになります。​
